Leveraging industry standards, eProcessManager®(ePM) positions your management team to build accountability into their strategy. eProcessManager uses the SMART goal setting methodology to ensure the goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Responsibility is assigned and they are Time-bound. eProcessManager employs Robert Kaplan and David Norton’s balanced scorecard approach to design a strategy by allocating goals to customer, financial, internal processes, and learning and growth. This balance allows organizations to move toward their vision in a much more effective way. ePM allows you to quickly and easily design and document your business processes in an effective visual format while insuring that they are in alignment with your strategic goals. You can then develop the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) appropriate for each process and track actual performance against these indicators. The process and performance measurements can easily be viewed using Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, Word or on your intranet using HTML, using our ePerformanceDashboardTM and with an array of standard reports. Documents including specifications, manuals, and forms can be linked directly to a process, allowing you to aggregate all aspects of a process into a single, easy to access, location. And your computer systems can be linked to the process as well. ePM stores processes in databases called "Templates." Many ePM Knowledge Templates have been developed by industry professionals, using current "best practices" as standard processes for specific functions such as Marketing, Accounting, and in support of industry requirements such as ISO certification and FDA validation. |
